AGE: 76 • Pennsauken
Peacefully, surrounded by his family on Thursday, December 22, 2016. Beloved husband of Sharon Crismond (Nee Sayres). Loving father of Ginny Jackson and her husband Frank of Haddon Twp., NJ, Scott Crismond and his wife Maureen of Lansdale, PA, Carl Jr., Connie, and the late Dennis. Brother of Wayne Crismond (Bev) and the late Bill Crismond, Butch Crismond, and Ann Kenny (Russ). Adoring Pop Pop of Christy Jackson, Frankie Jackson and Olivia Crismond. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Jim was a dedicated supporter of the Pennsauken High School Marching Band during the years his son Scott played percussion. He had a love for fishing, technology and most recently YouTube, watching his favorite Tribute Band dIRE sTRATS. Jim will be missed dearly by his family and his stray cats, especially Maggie who he cared for daily. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Wednesday, Dec. 28th from 6 to 8pm at JACKSON FUNERAL HOME, 308 Haddon Ave., Haddon Township, NJ 08108, followed by his Funeral service at 8pm. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions in Jim's memory may be made to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08054. I read a description of Jim as a gentle giant. That's what we called my dad; so I feel the pain of your loss. I am so very sorry I was unable to be physically present at his services. Please know that I am praying for the entire family. I send you a hug and will bring prayer shawls as soon as I can arrange a visit to Westmont UMC for Ginny and Sharon to wrap yourselves in God's love. Love to all.
