David Donati Obituary
AGE: 59 •
Dr. David "Doc" P. Donati, 59, entered into rest surrounded by his loving family on February 27, 2017. Born in Hazelton, PA he was the son of David B. and Carolyn (D'Amico) Donati. He was the loving husband of the late Dr. Christine (Reimer) Donati who passed on November 16, 2002.
David was co-owner and operator of Bayside Medical and Dental in Brigantine, NJ with his son, serving the public of the island faithfully for over thirty years. He was a member of the American Dental Association and the New Jersey Dental Association. David was a huge antique car show enthusiast and loved live music and concerts. What most people will remember about David is he instilled values of generosity, caring, brilliance, dedication, humor, love and that he was the most loving father in the world.
In addition to his parents he will be missed and fondly remembered by his son Dr. David A. Donati fiancé of Noelle DeFeo, sister Deborah (Eugene) Applegate and father-in-law Stanley Reimer.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend David's Mass of Christian burial of Friday March 3, 2017 at 11:00am at St Thomas Catholic Church, 331 8th St., South, Brigantine, NJ. A Life Celebration Viewing will be held on Thursday March 2, 2017 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Keates-Plum Funeral Home, 3112 Brigantine Ave., Brigantine, NJ and on Friday March 3, 2017 10:00am-10:50am at the church. Final commendation and farewell will be at Calvary Cemetery, 2025 Gulph & Matsonford Road, West Conshohocken, PA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. I just got the news and it was very sad to hear of your father's passing. I worked with your father and you and have very fond memories of your father. I will always remember his love of music and the fun we had at the end of the day playing songs on his computer. He was a great father to you and he was very proud of you we often spent time alone and he spoke of you all the time. So sorry for your loss. May his music always be there in your heart Dr. Dave.

Cousin David - We met you shortly after you and Christine got married, and loved you instantly - you two made a great pair. After that we only got to see you both when you brought Dave(our little nephew) to Florida for Disney and other attractions (he was just a little tike then). I used to tell you that my dentures didn't fit right, and you would tell me that you would fix the problem and for free since I was family - all I had to do was go up to New Jersey. You know thinking back now - wish I had gone if nothing else but to see you and Dave. Know we loved all of you and may you Rest In Peace with Christine (give her a big hug and kiss from her cousins). I had the pleasure of attending Dental School at Temple with David and in our small group of comrades we became quite close. Sad to lose a friend, even one that I've fallen out of touch with. I do feel privileged to have known Dave and cherish the memories of the times that we shared.
