I did not know Dick Woehrle but he was the greatest ref in the old WWWF. I met him very briefly once in Wildwood NJ at a match. He was very polite, personable and gladly signed autographs.

I am a big time wrestling fan and I had the pleasure to meet Mr Woehrle on two occasions. He was very nice to myself and my friends when we were kids and later as adults. Great memories of a long-ago era.

You were our Moms friend That took my little brother and I to see our first professional wrestling match. Best seats in the house! You were " that little tough guy that could beat up the wrestlers" That was 196? at the jersey devil hockey arena. Great memories live forever.
