(nee Hackman), 91, of North Wildwood, NJ and Shavertown, PA died on July 30, 2013. Born in Haddonfield, NJ, Elizabeth graduated in 1940 from Haddon Heights High School and was employed by Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Camden, NJ.

Elizabeth was pre-deceased by her husband, David M. Wise Sr.; brother, Joseph Hackman; sisters, Mary Simpson and Sarah Stoddard and parents, Howard and Elizabeth Hackman. She is survived by her children: David and his wife Kathy of Washington Crossing, PA; James and his wife Cindy of Shavertown, PA and Mary of Oakland, CA; five grandchildren: David, Michael, Alexander, Brianna and Zachary and four great-grandchildren: Lily, Kira, Austin and Madison.

Elizabeth was very active in various activities for St. Anne's Church including functioning as a Eucharistic Minister, treasurer for St. Anne's Senior Citizens and as a member of the Blessed Virgin Sodality. She was the Secretary for the Ladies Ancient Order of the Hibernians. Elizabeth enjoyed going to the beach in North Wildwood and to the casino and playing bingo at St. Anne's Church. Elizabeth spent the last three years of her life at Mercy Center, Skilled Nursing Facility, Dallas, PA and considered this as her second home. She will be greatly missed by many at Mercy Center. The family would like to thank the staff of Mercy Center for the compassionate care and support provided to Elizabeth.

Elizabeth's mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 2, 2013 at 10:00 AM in the Chapel at Mercy Center, 301 Lake Street, Dallas, PA 18612. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr, NJ. Friends may call Friday from 9:00 AM until time of service at the Mercy Center Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Mercy Center, Skilled Nursing Facility, 301 Lake Street, Dallas, PA 18612.
