Adored grandmother of Lauren, Michael, Eliza and Julia. Dear sister of Claire Silver. Fran was devoted to her husband, children, grandchildren, extended family and her beloved friends. I didn't have the opportunity to spend a lot of time in Fran's company but when I had the pleasure of her company I was taken with her grace , interest in conversation and warmth.
