Grandfather of Nora (Paul) Oliphant, Michele (Justin) Washel, Brianne (Jay) McQuaide, and Mark (Kaitlin) Washel. Great-grandfather of Mark, Jr., Laney, and Trey. Frank was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan. Services and burial private in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Eichel Funeral Home, Pennsauken.
