Always enjoyed talking with Frankie. About golf, Ireland , or just about family. He always had a great story. Sometimes you may hear the same one a few extra times. Will miss him. Without doubt the best looking of the 3 boys.

Mr. Taggart was one of my favorite teachers at Vets in Cramer Hill back in the day (early 80s). My condolences.

We will all miss Frank and the great times we had in the Gila wilderness and our years together at WNMU in Silver City, NM. He was a fantastic guy with a great sense of humor. Gave as good as he got at the Buffalo with the twinkling red eye buffalo head hanging on the wall and Joe and Manny as custodians. It was a great hang out for all of us and walking distance from WNMU. We all love and miss you Frank and will see you on the other side.

Maureen and the Taggart Boys,
Frankie was a great guy. Will miss him most during March madness when the McCarthys and Taggarts would gather, generally in a Bar. Stories being told for hours on in. Some even true. One thing about the Taggart brothers, when they walked in , the volume in the entire Bar shot up several decimals.
Im sure we will hear many Frankie stories in years to come. He left that kind of impression on us all. Always had a smile, like he does here.

Frankie will be missed deeply by all that knew him. Being a cousin of his was always fun, even into adulthood, where we met with he and his brothers during March Madness each year at the beach. God bless you Frankie, we'll all see you again.

Dear Uncle Frank:
Nothing can really prepare someone for the loss of a loved one. It is hard to accept that you will not be with us going forward. It is exceptionally hard with you, because you were always such an important part of our lives. So many of my fondest memories include you. An understanding of the natural course of things is insufficient to quell the desire for more time together. Like so many, I will miss you terribly.
The only thing we can do is let the wonderful memories of you help us along - your laugh, your gentle nature, your ability to tell a story (with the perfect amount of embellishment). You have left us all with plenty to enjoy about you, until we see each other again. When we do, I look forward to a whole new batch of stories...Thank you for being a great uncle. Life was so much better because we had you.
I love you. I will miss you. I will never forget you.
