He was an active member of St. Thomas Greek Orthodox Church Cherry Hill NJ President of Balis Family Corp. President of Nafpaktian Society of Cherry Hill Vice President of Nafpaktian Federation of America one of the founding members of Greek American N.J. Chamber of Commerce Masonic Lodge #161 of Palmyra. He was very active in the Greek American Community and local and state politics in NJ. Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services Friday 12:00 at St. Thomas Greek Orthodox Church 615 Mercer St. Cherry Hill where a viewing will be held Thursday 7-9 p.m. and Friday 11-12 prior to the service.
