MOn January 13 2002 of Washington Twp. NJ age 84. Beloved husband of Catherine. Devoted father of Eric Janet Carol Gina Cindy and Joseph. Loving grandfather. Dear brother of Nena and Carlos (recently departed). Brother-in-law of Maria Dolores nieces nephews cousins and other family members. Dr. Lamela was a retired MD Ph.D. former Assistant Professor of Anatomy medical writer international lecturer a translator who spoke six languages poet and author of four medical books plus numerous articles. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Mass Friday February 8 10am at SS Peter & Paul RC Church 362 Ganttown Rd. Washington Twp NJ. Interment private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations in his memory be made to Deborah Heart & Lung Center Trenton Rd. Browns Mills NJ 08015. Arrangements under the direction of the EGIZI FUNERAL HOME WASHINGTON TWP. 'A Life Well Livedis Worth Remembering'
