Of Camden NJ age 29 departed this life on November 23 2004. He was predeceased in death by his mother Mochelle Clark Banks. He is survived by his father Jonathan Banks Sr. four sisters Bonita Nicole Montrose and Theresa four brothers Jonathan Richard Raymond and Kevin one brother in-law Ronald Goodman two sisters in-law Annie and Tosha his maternal grandmother Hettie Clark his paternal grandmother Ruth Banks 23 nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend services Friday 11am at the CARL MILLER FUNERAL HOME 831 Carl Miller Blvd. where friends may call after 9am. Interment will be private.
