Joan, you probably don't know or remember me, but I just heard about Jon's passing from my cousin back in Jersey. Jonathan and I grew up together and went to school together our whole 17 years. We considered ourselves birthday brothers because we were born on the same day and year. At our 50th reunion, we got a chance to catch up and talk about our lives. The only reason I went was in the chance I might bump into him. He said the same of me. He always was a good person and I will never forget him. I have been in Georgia for the past 27 years so didn't have a chance to see him very often. We did communicate on e mail and express our conservative opinions about politics. Hope the kids will keep you safe and provide some comfort. If you ever need anything, just drop me a line. I think Jon has my e mail address. Anyway, its [email protected]. I am deeply saddened. I grew up in the Whitman Park Section of Camden. We lived several blocks apart. We got to know each other and from time to time while living in Marlton we ran into each other. Jonathon was a genuine good guy. I will remember Jonathon as a kind, fair and honest guy .
I am sorry to hear of his death. My prayers for him and his family.

Saddened to hear of Jon's passing. Jon was an honorable man and kind neighbor to us while we were living on Kenton Ave, in Brush Hollow. Jon graciously reached out to his sister, Barbara after my college graduation in 1988 which awarded me a position with the Department of Corrections (Juvenile Justice Commission) in Blackwood, NJ. I will never forget his support and generosity.
Celebrating the life of a good man and mourning his passing with the entire family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Joan and family. Jon will be missed. I'll never forget how often Jon and Bruce were mistaken on the street for each other, only in uniform. He was a great guy. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.
