Kathy, Ralph, Emily and Family, we are so very sorry for your loss and our love and prayers go out to you and your family, we will greatly miss seeing Katy with you at the 11:00 mass on Sundays. We seemed to always sit right behind you or in front of you and it's always great to see you. I'll never forget when I accidently took Katy's water at the gym, I felt so bad and she was so cute about it. She was such a remarkable beautiful young girl and we will never forget that.

Ralph, Kathy, and Emily, words just don't come easy at a time like this. We have been friends for a very long time, and there are so many memories of our families spending time together. At one time our kids were inseperable. And when I close my eyes I can see and hear Rob, Em, Kate, and Mikey playing in the pool, in the yard, or running around playing jail break, all night if we would let them. I remember hearing Katie on the baby monitor many nights while we would sit at that old picnic table, just listening to her innocence. She could have said "it's cold outside" a million times, and it never got old. I am so deeply sorry for this tragic loss in our family!

However, I can say that in the years I stuided with Kate at Paul VI, she made an immense impact on many people. In my eyes, Kate was a beautiful, kind, and honest girl. O where to start. Kate, you were a great friend to me. You would always go out of your way to say hi and I looked forward to it everyday. we could always tell each other stuff and could always talk for hours before CCD. There isn't much I can say that will take away the pain which you feel. However, I can tell you that in the years I studied with Kate at Paul VI she was always the girl who would make one smile. Katy, I love you so much. You were my best friend. From the day I met you in Kindergarten I knew that I would love you. Through the years, we grew closer and started to hang out with each other. You have the nicest family in the world. I loved joking with your wonderful mother and your great dad. Emily was always the cool older sister that occasionally graced us with her presence. We went to the Harry Williams building at one of our sisters' basketball games and we found our greatest treasure: Henry. It was the dumbest piece of plastic that was ever created but we loved it forever. We would constantly maneuver our desks next to each other in class so that we could sit together and have fun. We had come up with so many dumb jokes and handshakes that never made sense but they made us laugh. Then, everyday after school, i would call you because I hated being home alone and you were the only one I wanted to talk to. We wouldn't stop talking until we had to because the dinner was getting cold. We were such good friends that you were the one who knew everything about me. Everything was so much fun, even when it wasn't, you found a way to make it fun. We would get each other birthday and christmas presents. Remember when you loved koalas and the only thing I could find that was related to koalas was a soap dispenser? Then, you asked me to go to Maryland with your family. That was so much fun. We did so much together. The ride down was treacherous because you found out that i had soft hair, and the whole way you pet my head saying, He has soft hair, he has soft hair. We would play with the dumb felts and run in the water and catch fish (that was terrible.). We went swimming in your friends pool and somehow, the wall fell and the water started pouring out we were hanging on for dear life. Then we filled up your little pool with hose water and we hated it because it was freezing. I will never forget you ringing the dinner bell and a bee stinging you on the cheek. I wanted to laugh so badly, but couldnt because you were crying. It was the first time i ever cleaned a crab (after you taught me.) and when we drove the golf cart. They were such good memories that i will never forget. I loved your little Scampers and you loved Marlow almost as much as I did. And to prove it you chased me around school saying, "I'M MARLOW! I'M MARLOW." Then, a little older, you came over and we played the Sims 2. we made our dream family together and you made fun of me for crying when after all the work, it was the slowest game and didn't work, but i still loved you. . We played our vet game and put the magnifying glass anywhere on the body hahahahaha that was the best part. I even got my vet degree and you printed me out my certificate! I wish I still had it. You drew me pictures of the most random things during our dreadful 8th grade year and i still have them. We sat together at confirmation, graduation, and our 8th grade dance. You wouldn't let me leave your side during that, which i hated then, but now, i would give anything that i have to have it back. I would love for you to be clinging on to me right now saying, I dont want to dance, lets just talk. Then, when emily and kathryn were at orientation for LaSalle, we were together every second and were complaining about how boring it was and how happy we were that they were going to school together so that we could see each other more. We drew pictures of people we used to know on the backs of the evaluation forms. i still have them too. they make me smile when i see them, except now, i will smiling and thinking about how much i wish i could have you here drawing more meaningless pictures with me. I wish that we could've kept in touch and been as close as we used to be after we went into high school. I still talked to you every now and then but not too much. I regret it completely. It was the worst mistake of my life not keeping in touch with you. I will love you forever. You were the twin sister that I never had but always had. My little Katherine Sarah, you were the light of my life and i will never, ever forget the impact that you had on me. I have refuge in our most prized possession: Henry. I know I should've appreciated you more than I did the past few years as the person that made my life wonderful in grade school. You will be forever on my mind and I can not say that I love you enough. I hope that you can keep an eye on my from up there. I love you so much, my best friend, my sister, and my angel. You will never be forgotten by anyone that knew you. Katy, I love you so so so so much. I can't wait until i can see you again and make our dumb jokes again. You are best friend and my inspiration, I love you and your family.

Kate will be truly missed by our family. She was so full of life, smart, and beautiful. Kate took a piece of everyone's heart with her when she passed. I am glad Jasmine went to St Teresa's and became one of her best friends. They always had their love & friendship (bumpy roads and all). That friendship and love will live forever. Kate touched our hearts and we loved her like family. I will miss you Kate. My prayers are with you and your family. We Love You Always.
