AGE: 87 • Villas (formerly of Pennsauken)
Matthew R. Brooks, age 87, of Villas (formerly of Pennsauken) passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at his home. Matt was born June 5, 1929 in Philadelphia, PA. He was a retired machinist for Boas Box Co., Philadelphia, PA where he worked for 46 years. He was a former volunteer fireman for Pennsauken Fire Co. #2.
Matt is survived by his beloved wife: Patricia(nee Wilson) Brooks, a twin sister Marjorie Jordan and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Edith and Elizabeth.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, June 11 at Green Creek Community Church, 424 Route 47 S., Green Creek, NJ . Relatives and friends may call at the church from 10:30 to 11:00 AM Private burial of cremains will be in Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill. Condolences @www.evoyfuneralhome.com
