Michael Magargee Obituary
AGE: 53 • Mount Laurel
Michael John Magargee, age 53, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 13, 2016 while surrounded by his family.
Mr. Magargee was born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Moorestown, NJ before moving to Mount Laurel 25 years ago. Michael was an avid bicyclist and enjoyed traveling, fishing and taking family trips to the beach. He was also a huge Packers fan. Michael worked for 31 years for Moorestown Township. He was a dedicated, loving husband and father and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Michael was predeceased by his father, Dr. Edward Magargee. He is survived by his beloved wife, Linda (nee Troutman); mother, Norma (nee Lees); son Michael Flynn; siblings, Dr. Edward Magargee (Dr. Susan), Daniel Magargee (Holly) and Maureen Parker (Albert); parents in law Dennis and Loretta Troutman; sister in law Eileen Troutman and his dog, Delaney.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate 53 caring years on Wednesday, October 19th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 AM on Thursday, October 20th at the Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, 42 West Main Street, Moorestown, NJ. Final disposition will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Michael's name may be made to Samaritan Healthcare and Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.

I was so sad to hear of Mike's passing. He was a great husband, father and gentleman, and I always admired him for his positive outlook and fun-loving nature. May you come to find peace in knowing how much he loved his family and how deeply he believed in his faith.
