Richard Walker Obituary
Stratford - Walker, Richard W., Sr. of Stratford, NJ, age 89, passed away suddenly on March 24, 2018. Richard was the dearly beloved husband of Joan (nee Jackob) for 67 years and was the loving father of daughter Joy, son Ronald (Michelle) and the late Richard, Jr. and Robert (Michele). He was the loving grandfather of Richard, III (Samantha), Stephanie, Brittney, Madison and Lauren, as well as, being the proud great grandfather of Richard, IV, Mackenzie and Gabrielle.
Richard was a graduate of Penns Grove HS, served as a Chef in the Navy and was honorably discharged, Chef at Walker's Restaurant in Wildwood and was employed for 40 years with Milden & White Seafood/Meat Co., Phila., Pa. He was a lifetime member of the Stratford Fire Company (20 years) and a board worker of many years, for the CC Board of Elections.
