I only recently learned of this tragedy. Ski was the brother I never had. Boot Camp together, training in Florida and then New River. For 5 years inseperable. I had not spoken to him in almost 7 years and I am in California now. My prayers are with His family and most of all those two boys. Sorry I was not around Rob more.

I really had the pleasure of knowing rob at two different points in his life he grew up around the corner from me. And I had the pleasure of getting to know him again to see what kind of man he had become a marine serving his country, than as a police officer serving his community & most of all as a father. Rob I hope you are truly at peace now and watching over your boys take care of them the way you always have. We will all miss you but you stay alive in our hearts. My prayer to his family.

I did not have the pleasure of knowing him, except though my sister who called him her friend. My niece and nephews who called him Uncle. Obviously he was a great man who will be greatly missed. My heart and prayers goes out to his family and friends. Bless all of you and hold onto the great man he showed to all!

It is an honor to be able to call this man my friend. He spent his life dedicating himself to helping others and being the best "buddy" to his lil' men Kaden and Cole. He was even a great friend to my very own children. He had a way of making you feel like you had known him forever. His integrity and honor to those who knew him will be greatly missed. My prayers and condolences to the family as they travel down this difficult path. Rest now Ski, you're free buddy.

As a Marine, Robert protected us, as a Police Officer he also protected many people. As a father he loved his sons. Robert will be missed by many that knew him. What a shame to miss a young man. God Bless the family.

Our hearts go out to the family. Rob was a dedicated, loving father to his boys, a valuable leader in the community through his service to Cub Scout Pack 363, and a good friend. He will be very sadly missed. Peace and comfort is extended to the family during this very difficult time.
