DILKS-
Samuel J. Jr. age 80 of Cherry Hill on March 18, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Eleanor (nee Comer). Devoted father of Joan (George) Shellem of Bel Air, MD, Samuel J. (Robin) Dilks III of Cherry Hill and Robert (Nichole) Dilks of Cherry Hill. Loving grandfather of 9 grandchildren. Sam was a proud member of Local 351 I.B.E.W. for 59 years and also a member of Collingswood Masonic Lodge. Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services Monday 11:00 a.m. at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 520 S. Kings Highway Cherry Hill, where a viewing will be held 9:30 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. Interment Harleigh Cemetery, Camden. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations to Lighthouse Hospice,1040 N. I will always remember Sammy from Richey Ave. When I was six and he a teenager he spent an afternoon teaching me to ride my new 2-wheeler (before training wheels). I will always remember him fondly.
