Tanner Griffith Obituary
AGE: 28 • Palm Beach County, FL
Tanner L. Griffith, age 28, of Palm Beach County, FL passed away on June 3, 2013, at peace at last. Tanner is the son of Donald and Lori Griffith, born in Marlton NJ, and raised in Medford. After graduating Shawnee High School, Tanner embarked on a military journey to Iraq, where he earned a Medal of Honor for Courage while serving his country. He was a student Miami International University where he aspired to be a web designer. A loving brother and son, Tanner is survived by his only brother, Tyler and his parents Don and Lori.
Tanner brightened the world with a huge smile and gregarious laugh that filled every room. Always passionate for knowledge, his intellect was no match for most. Tanner was a gifted singer, songwriter and lyricist. His life and music impacted many hearts with his powerful words in his short stay with us. He was known by many and loved by all!
A military memorial service will be held on Friday, June 14, 2013 promptly at 1 p.m. at BG William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, 350 Province Line Rd., Wrightstown, NJ 08562 followed by a celebration of his life at the Medford Lakes Country Club in Medford Lakes. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to: America's Keswick Recovery Home, c/o Tanner Griffith, 601 County Rd 530, Whiting, NJ 08759.

I had the privilege of knowing Tanner whilst he was in karate with my daughter Ashley. He was a good friend to her and often stuck up for her when the boys picked on her. Always a smile and a laugh, a great laugh! My thoughts are with you at this time. Please know that your son will be missed and his memory cherished. They remained friends on Facebook and she always enjoyed hearing about the band and his work.
