Valerie Scythes Obituary

Of Woodbury NJJ on March 28 2007. Aged 35 years.
Valerie earned her Bachelor's degree from Stockton State College in Speech & Language Pathology and earned her Master's degree in Special Education from Rowan University.
Valerie was a Special Education Teacher at Avon Elementary School in Barrington where she loved to teach. Teaching was her true passion.
She enjoyed crafts scrapbooking baking cookies painting and traveling especially to Disney World. Valerie made a difference while she was here she is truly unforgettable.
Valerie will be remembered as a loving caring shy but bubbly woman with a beautiful smile that will be sadly missed.
Beloved wife of James. Devoted mother of Isabella Rose. Loving daughter of Gary and Antoinette (nee Squillace) Garton & daughter in law of Mervin and Virginia Scythes. Dear sister of Natalie (Joseph) Thoma and sister in law of Kenneth (Doris) Kwasnicki and Lisa (the late John) Duffield. Sweet granddaughter of Mary Squillace. Also survived by many aunts uncles nieces nephews and loving friends.
Viewing Monday 6:30 PM-9 PM and Tuesday 8:30 AM-9:15 AM at the McGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME 34 Hunter St. Woodbury NJ 08096. Funeral Mass Tuesday 10 AM in St. Patrick's R.C. Church Euclid & Cooper St. Woodbury NJ. Interment Eglington Cemetery Clarksboro NJ.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Isabella Rose Scythes Trust Fund c/o Commerce Bank 490 Mantua Ave. Woodbury NJ 08096.
