Bill moved his business Acme Addressing into the Willard Realty Loft in the 1980's. When I asked him what kind of lease term he wanted he said three five year terms, you are going to carry me out of here in a pine box. Well Bill, with Greg's help, burned through those three five year terms and then some providing years of work and stability to the many members of their other family at Acme Addressing. My condolences to the family, I have many fond memories of Bill who always guided me to be a better person without preaching, well maybe a little bit, and always left you laughing and feeling better for having been in his life. He will be missed. Tom Oliver
