AGE: 90 • Glendora
William J. Romano, on October 22, 2017, of Glendora, formerly of Runnemede. Age 90. Beloved husband of the late Dolores (nee Foley). Devoted father of William R. Romano (Dorothea), Helene Romano (Dan Leonardo), Anthony Romano (Joan) and the late Michael Romano. Father-in-law of Deborah Romano. Loving grandpop of ten and great grandfather of nine. Preceded in death by two siblings. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Romano proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII. There will be a viewing from 9:15 to 10:15am Thursday morning at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral Mass 11am Holy Child Parish, St. Teresa RC Church, Runnemede. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr. Family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Mr. Romano's memory to Crescenz Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Voluntary Service Dept., 3900 Woodland Ave., Phila., PA 19104.
