I didn't know Alexis, but I have a daughter the same age. I lost a son at the age of 6, and I know how painful the loss of a child is. To Alexis' mother, cling to your memories and the knowledge that your daughter will never know pain again. I pray the Lord will bring you comfort and peace as He did me.

I am so sorry. There are no words that can even express the sorrow that comes with the loss of a child. She was a beautiful person and deserved so much more than this. God has his arms around her in heaven now...

I did not know Alexis or her family but wanted you to know you are in the thoughts of many people. Alexis is a beautiful girl and every time I see her face on the news it reminds me of my daughters. She looks a lot like my 16 year old. I can't imagine the pain of losing a child to something so senseless. May God and Alexis keep watch over the whole family. And you Alexis run and play with the angels. You are now at peace and will never know pain anymore.
