Harry Stephens "Steve" Perkins

Evansville, Ind. - Harry Stephens "Steve" Perkins, 60, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2020 at his home.

Steve was born in Evansville, Indiana on May 17, 1960. He graduated from Harrison High School in 1978 and belonged to the Carpenters Union, Local 90. Steve had an infectious sense of humor and was always the life of the party. He enjoyed riding his Harley and was an upright and honest man. Steve adored his family and will be deeply missed.

Steve is survived by his daughter, Kelsey Smith (Dusty) of Evansville, IN; sons, Jered Williams (Karma) of Newburgh, IN, and Jordan Perkins of Newburgh, IN; grandchildren, Jered Williams II, Brady Williams, Isabella Williams and Maddox Williams; and by several cousins.

Steve was preceded in death by his mother, Janice Yvonne (Besing) Perkins; and by his grandmother, Dora Besing.

A celebration of Steve's life will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave., Evansville, IN 47711.

Friends may visit from 2:00 pm until service time on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Vanderburgh Humane Society, P.O. Box 6711, Evansville, IN 47719.
