Her family greatly appreciates all the prayers, love and care given to Jean by her many friends as well as her oncologist, Dr. Edmund Paloyan and his staff, and to son, Pete whose care allowed her to remain at home for as long as possible.

My old friend Chris, and all the Gentrys, I'm very sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. I knew her when we were young children. She was my Den Mother in Cub Scouts. She was always kind and gentle, a very sweet lady. She and you are in my prayers. May you find comfort in one another, in her memories, and in God.
