Jeff's devoted girlfriend, Ryan Kimberly Mahler of Greensboro, NC cherished being a part of Jeff and his children's lives.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Darlene (Dolly) and Hobert Young.

Jeff also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and close friends.

Jeff graduated from Princeton Community High School in 1998 and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Oakland City University.

Jeff was a second-round draft pick by the Chicago Cubs in the 1998 Major League Baseball draft. He played professionally for nine years. For the past seven years, he was employed by Analog Devices, Inc. where he served as the HR business partner over wireless, automotive, and aerospace defense. Jeff was highly respected by his coworkers and will be greatly missed.
