Survivors are husband, Ray; children, Tammy Comegys, Ronald Martin, Thomas Hill, Joel Wall, Donald Axton; sister, Rita D'Achiardi; brothers, Gerald Adkins, Raymond Anderson.
Funeral services 2 p.m. Tuesday January 21 2014, at Tapp Funeral Home, Henderson, Ky. Visitation 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and noon to service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
