Evansville, Ind.
Louis A. Eichhorn, II, of Evansville, passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017, at his home. He was born June 27, 1935, in Bay City, Mich., to the late Louis Adam and Barbara (Schumacher) Eichhorn.
He was a member of Simpson United Methodist Church. Louis retired as sales manager from Hardy Brake and Electric, Co. in 2015, was a former owner of the Handy Korner Market in Rockcastle, Ky., and was a Volunteer Fire Chief in Trigg County, Ky. He was an avid attendee of auctions and flea markets and collected antiques.
Louis was preceded in death by sons, Barry and Blair Eichhorn; and brother, Peter J. Eichhorn.
He is survived by children, Brenda Schell (Roger), Barbara Walkowiak (Jerry) and Hanna Hale (Kris); daughter-in-law, Cathy Eichhorn; grandchildren, Taylor, Daniel and Gregory Walkowiak, Angela Krzyminski (Ben), Christoper Eichhorn (Ashley), Rachelle Hall (Brian), Dustin Eichhorn and Adrian Hale; and great-grandchildren, Cameron, Candace and Carsyn Krzyminski and Noah and Brooklyn Eichhorn.
No local services will be held. Burial will be in his hometown.
