Patricia Jo Hedges, 62, of Princeton, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville, IN. She was born October 6, 1952 in Princeton, IN to Earl Wilson "Bill" and Virginia L. (Myrick) Dawson. She graduated from Princeton High School in 1970. She was a legal secretary for Dean Higginbotham Law Office for the past 30 years and formerly was the church secretary at the 1st United Methodist Church in Princeton. She was also a member of the FOP Women's Club, Right to Life and Easter Seals all in Warrick County.
She is survived by her husband, Terry E. Hedges of Princeton; father-in-law, John E. Hedges of Princeton; 2 children, Kara Lyn (Randy) Sparks and Kelli Rachele (William) Mayer all of Princeton; 6 grandchildren, Trenton William, Aubrey Christine, Alexa Marie and Trevor John Mayer and Matthew Remington and Emily Jo Sparks;and 2 brothers, Michael Dawson and Gary A. (Lisa) Dawson all of Princeton.
She was preceded in death by her infant brother, David Alan Dawson; infant son, Brian Trent Hedges and her parents.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM on Monday, June 29, 2015 at the Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, with Rev. John Lefler and Rev. Jarmon Perkins officiating. Burial will be in the Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be from 2 until 8 PM on Sunday at the Colvin Funeral Home.
Memorial Contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association, 8604 Allisonville Rd., Suite 140, Indianapolis, IN 46250. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed online at www.colvinfuneralhome.com
