The Quintuplets Obituary
Evansville, Ind.
The Kruse Quintuplets, Jeremiah William, Josiah Dean, Miriam Faith, Lilyann Marie and Phoebe Annette passed away Wednesday September 17, 2014 at Deaconess Gateway Women's Hospital.
They are preceded in death by their siblings, Dani, Arin and Jessi Kruse.
They are survived by their parents, Justin and Felicia Kruse; grandparents, Cindy and Stan Kruse, Tanya and Tim Caldwell and Norman Mier; uncles, Nate and Dean Caldwell; aunt, Jessica Kruse and special cousins, Gabe and Thomas Caldwell.
A Celebration of life will be at 10:00 am Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Ray Deeter officiating. Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel will be handling the arrangements.
