My memory of Bill Grimm is of a kind, gracious and open-minded gentleman. I will surely miss him.

I adored his droll sense of humour. So many of his quips were instantly adopted and have long been part of the household culture. He will thus never be forgotten.

May God bless and keep him and comfort all of us who loved him.

I am very honored to have known the Grimm family for my entire life. My parents very much respected and loved "Bill, Phyllis" and their wonderful children.

Dr. Bill was also the family's trusted Physician. I have a particular memory of one of his house calls to see my sister whom it was thought might have an appendix attack. I must have been 4 or 5 years old. I hid under my bed as he came to see my sister. He proceeded to congratulate my sister telling her that she was not having an appendix problem; but that she was becoming a young woman and was surely having "cramps". He was so kind and re assuring that I came out from under my bed and gave him a hug for not taking out her appendix. (I guess my young mind thought there was going to be surgery in my bedroom and was quite anxious about it)

Later in life my Father experienced a life threatening cerebral hemorrhage. Dr. Grimm stopped by the ICU several times a day for the six weeks my Father was hospitalized. He was always comforting and encouraging towards our family.

My Mother had a wonderful rose garden that I now enjoy. I believe that her love for gardening may have come about from her appreciation of the Grimm rose gardens.

Most recently the Grimm's came to the memorial services for both of my parents. Full of love and care as always.

It is an awesome encouragement to have these memories. But it is the blessed assurance of his position with our Lord Jesus for eternity that makes the grief endurable. I look forward to seeing him forever. He is whole and well!

I will truly miss Dr. Grimm. I have fond memories of my internship at Welborn Clinic as a CMA. Dr. Grimm was very kind to me and allowed me to learn from him and his nurse. I later learned he was instrumental in making sure I received a job after my graduation. He made me feel welcomed. Thank you Dr. Grimm. My prayers are with your family. May God give them peace and comfort.
