DECEMBER 5,2011, ONE WHOLE YEAR SINCE YOU TOOK THAT FINAL JOURNEY. I STILL MISS YOU AS IF IT WERE YESTERDAY! I HAVE PLAYED OVER AND OVER IN MY MIND THE NIGHT WE RECEIVED THAT CALL AND JUST WISH I COULD HAVE TALKED TO YOU AND TOLD YOU HOW MUCH YOU WERE LOVED AND NEEDED BY YOUR FAMILY. BUG WE MISS YOU SO MUCH BUT I FIND COMFORT IN KNOWING THAT YOU ARE NO LONGER IN PAIN AND YOU ARE AT THE THRONE TELLING JOKES I'M SURE AND AWAITING THE ARRIVAL OF THE REST OF US!!

MISS YOU SO MUCH,
YOUR FAVORITE & ONLY SISTER,

The holidays will not be the same without him, but we all know he's in a better place . I love and miss you so much papaw !

December 21, 2010

My friend, my little brother, I know is in a better place and would not come back if he could, and I know I am being selfish to want him to be here with us, but I am human and I miss him so much. I know Bug was in pain, and I prayed that God would not let him linger and suffer and God does answer prayers. I do know that Bug is now pain free and to be absent from the body is to present with the Lord, and for that I do rejoice. This holiday will be hard for all the family because there will be an empty chair at the table and there won't be that all too familiar voice telling jokes and stories and making everybody laugh, and there won't be any adult wrestling around on the floor with the younger kids. I know that the entire Fox family misses him tremendously, but we are strong and close and that is one thing Bug believed in "Strong family ties". Bug was a very special person who will be missed terribly. I know my brother has joined Momma, Daddy , Wayne and the rest of the family and is now watching over us and awaiting the time that we can all be together again in eternity. He was definitely loved and is missed by his big sister. I want to say to Laura, thank you for loving him and taking such good care of my brother.

Love,
Bonnie

My condolences to the Fox family for the home-going of your loved one and our brother from another mother. Willie was in our home as much he was his own growing up in the pjs. We considered Willie not just a friend but family. So even-though his best friend, my bro. Michael Johnson left years earlier, it's comforting to know they are once again united. We'll miss u for now but it's not good-bye. God Bless the Fox family. Debra(Johnson) Hudson, Cincinnati,OH

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

To the Fox Family

Willie (Bug) would always greet me with a hug, smile, and a kiss on the cheek (always). He would also let everyone know that I was his "Food for Fun" cooking teacher during the summer work-study program. Again we met when I did my student teaching at Bosse High School. We would reminisce over these fond memories over and over again.
To the Fox family I am sending my sincere sympathy to all of you. You have always welcomed me into your home with open arms. I know you will miss Bug and I will too.
