Douglas L Friar, age 60 of Caledonia, OH passed away December 21, 2024, at Marion General Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born February 6, 1964, to Norma (Davies) and the late Larry Friar in Toledo.
Douglas is survived by his mother (of Caledonia), son David (Theresa) Friar of Galion, daughter Tiffany (Matt) Spaulding of Caledonia, grandchildren: Brandon Friar, McAilah Spaulding, Brycen Spaulding, and Hayden Foltz, great-grandchild Skylynn Spaulding, and brother Tim (Kelly) Friar of Sunbury. He was preceded in death by his father.
Douglas graduated from River Valley High School in 1983 and was the Owner/Operator of the Camouflage Cafe in Caledonia for 22 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, mud runs, Harley Davidson Motorcycles, and loved visiting with people at his restaurant.
