Edwin A. "Ed" Rollison

In God's perfect timing, Edwin A. Rollison, of Marion, Ohio was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 after a long illness. Known by Ed to many, he was born on December 4, 1952. Ed is survived by his wife Linda Rollison, daughter Jasmine Buckingham (Terry), son Jason Rollison (Helen), and daughter Jacqueline Rollison-Lovell (Kyle Rinehart). He is also survived by grandchildren: Nadia Lovell, Taylor Holsinger (Carl), Olivia Buckingham, Christian Rollison, Maison Lovell (Karen), Katie Robinson (Dakota), Austin Rollison, Madison Lovell, Daniel Rollison, Colton Lovell (Loralye); great-grandchildren: Zachary, Lilly, Zebadia, Aiden, Carter, Ava, Aubriella, Lucian, Legend, Paisley, Waylon, Sunnie, Jaxon, Malaya, Bentley, Madelynn, Maddox, Macee, Madden, Percy; siblings: Norma Chase, Rosalind Keenan, Harry Rollison, David Rollison (Rita), Susan Rollison, and many nieces and nephews. Ed was preceded in death by his parents Vaughn and Doris Rollison, sister Beatrice "Becky" Maze, and brother Richard Rollison. Ed was blessed with a large family whom he enjoyed spending time with. If Ed wasn't spending time with them, you can be sure he was fishing, hunting, camping, or just enjoying (tinkering) on vehicles. Ed always taught his family "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord" Deuteronomy 6:4. Ed's desire when called home to meet his heavenly Father was to hear "Well done thy good and faithful servant" Matthew 25:23. Visitation will be held at Snyder Funeral Homes, Denzer Chapel, 360 E. Center Street, Marion, Ohio on Monday, April 21, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 1 PM, officiated by Rev. LaMar Ross.
