Robert J. Leis

Robert J. Leis, age 86, resident of Attica, Ohio passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026 at St. Vincent Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. He was born on December 21, 1939 in Bismarck to the late Florian and Alma (Schneider) Leis.
A Bellevue High School graduate, Bob went on to work for and retire from The Mansfield Brass for over 40 years. He was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church in Attica and the Bellevue Eagles. In his spare time, Bob enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and tinkering in the yard. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his loving wife.
Bob is survived by his wife of 41 years, Barbara (Fluty); three children, Tony (Norma) Leis, Tom (Lori) Leis and Kristine (Craig) Hahler; three step children, Frank Webb, Teresa (Dennis) Evans and Drema Steinmetz; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, Karen (Kenny) Depinet and Marlene (Eldon) Sealey; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by a sister, Dolores Patrick.
