To the family of Ricky! Ricky was my brother- I didn't know he had passed away-! We played in the 4 Wheel Drive and had the best of times. I use to sleep on your couch after we played in Crookston-. The guy with such great talents. He was the best drummer and he sang all the high parts- a great friend to me and my parents. God Bless Ricky! I'm so sorry I missed this. My band mate- my brother!!!

I remember Mr. McMenamy fondly as my art teacher and had so much fun in his classes. From ceramics, to tiedye t-shirts, crazy pencil sketches, and other cool projects.
I looked forward to his class everyday. His love and passion fueled mine (along with a few other teachers I had) and I got my degree as a graphic designer. Art was such a big part of my life, I was able to escape to a different world through my art and he influenced this with his kindness and fun spirit toward me.
His son Cody was also in my class, I'll never forget his charm and goofiness. Same as his dad's:)
Rest in Peace sir!

What a great guy! He was a very special arts instructor at Highland MIddle School and I was very happy to have him as an instructor and friend.
We had an after school project and club for track racing with race cars. John let us build a paper mache city and gave us free reign.
He let me make a special coil pot out of clay and the finish didn't work well in the kiln but he had an idea to use Indian black ink to fill the voids which worked great with deep red finish, genius!
I always considered him more of a friend than staff member and looked forward to our time together.
I have and will miss John.
