Anthony Joseph Lugris

LUGRIS Anthony Joseph Lugris, age 62 of Post Falls, Idaho, and previously of Shelton and New Hampshire, entered into rest on Friday, February 26, 2010. He was the devoted husband of Nichola Sewack Lugris. Tony was born in Derby on July 22, 1947, beloved son of the late Anthony and Rosemary Mas Lugris. He graduated from Fairfield Prep, and went on to receive degrees from Boston College, Fairfield University, and Quinnipiac University. He began his career as a teacher in the Shelton Public School System and later taught in New Hampshire. Tony became a restaurateur in New Hampshire before returning to Shelton, where he worked both at Sikorsky and worked as a financial planner. He was the loving father of Larissa Cassady and Maeve Cyr and her husband, George. He is the cherished brother of Linda Reznik and her husband, Henry. He is the adoring grandfather of Jared Cassady, Jake Cassady, and Blake Cyr and also leaves two nieces and his former wife, Regina LaVoie. All funeral services were held in Idaho.
