Beatrice Gould

GOULD Beatrice (Betty) Gould, of Fairfield, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, October 17, 2007. Betty was born in Fall River, Mass in 1919 and moved to Connecticut as a young adult. She married William Gould and resided in Fairfield for the rest of her life. Survivors include her daughter Barbara Barber and her husband Terry of Fairfield; granddaughter Dana Chaisson and her husband Paul of Black Rock; step grandchildren, LeeAnn and Kerry O'Sullivan of Fairfield, Terry Barber, Jr. of Sarasota, Fla., Kim Barber and Charles McQuade of Fairfield; six great-step-grandchildren; five sisters and one brother, Phyllis Monte and Ethel Jackson of Fall River, Ma; Constance Bourget and Dennis Souza of Somerset, Mass.; Evelyn Gouvia and Norma Moore of Tiverton, RI and many nieces, nephews and godchildren. She was pre-deceased by her loving husband, William H. Gould; grandson William (Billy) Barber; dear friend Vernon Murphy; three brothers and three sisters all of Massachusetts. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2007 at 10 AM in St. Pius X Church with interment to follow in Oaklawn Cemetery.
