Bonnie Pavone Obituary

PAVONE Bonnie M. Pavone, died on Monday, September 10, 2007, following a brief illness. Born in Boston, Mass., Bonnie worked as a cub reporter for The Bridgeport Post, now known as The Connecticut Post Newspaper. During World War II, she met and married her husband Peter, a UPI reporter and they became lifetime residents of Fairfield. She was a wonderful wife, mother and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Bonnie is survived by her daughters, Pam and Robyn Pavone; son-in-law, Thomas Siwakoski, several nieces and nephews, and grand-nieces as well. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 14, 2007 at 10 a.m. at the Greenfield Hill Congregational Church, 1045 Old Academy Rd, Fairfield . Interment will be private. Friends may call on Thursday, September 13, 2007 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Spear-Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Rd, Fairfield. In lieu of flowers, Bonnie and her family would appreciate a donation to The Connecticut Humane Society, 701 Russell Rd., Newington, CT. 06111.
