Carmen Porto Obituary
Carmen M. Porto Sr, age 92, of Bridgeport, passed away peacefully on
Saturday, February 28, 2026, with family by his side. He was the firstborn son of the late Emil and Victoria Porto.
Survivors include his children, Loni, Dena and partner, Robin, Carmen Jr. and wife, Ana; four cherished grandchildren, Samantha and Sydney Cocca, Thomas and Stella Porto; one brother, William; a sister, Barbara; and special in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Carmen was predeceased by his beloved wife, Martha; his sister, Rose; and brother, Larry.
A Celebration of Life memorial service for Carmen and his late wife, Martha, will be held on March 27th, at 11:00 AM at the Olivet Congregational Church, 2102 Main Street, Bridgeport.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice or perhaps by performing an act of kindness in Carmen's memory.
