Daniel Garlock Obituary
Daniel B. Garlock Sr, age 66 of Fairfield , beloved husband of the late Wendy Kane Garlock , died Saturday July 27, 2013 in his residence. Mr. Garlock was born in Bridgeport and was a life long area resident. He was a retired Union Carpenter for Local 210. He was a US Navy Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Port 5 Navel Veterans, a former Boy Scout Leader for Troop 24 and Chairman of the Hunting Club of the Schaghticoke Tribal Nation. He is survived by his children; Daniel B. Garlock Jr of Fairfield and Susan M. Messenger of Wallingford . Three grandchildren, Grace Garlock and Emily and Caitlin Messinger, a sister Betty McHale, of FL and several nieces and nephews. The family asks that you join them for a casual celebration of his life on Thursday August 1, 2013 from 6 to 10 pm at the Jacky Durell Pavilion on Fairfield Beach Rd, Fairfield CT All other services will be private. Larson Funeral Home, 2496 North Ave Bridgeport is in care of arrangements
