Digna Morales, age 63, of Bridgeport, passed away into the peaceful presence of the Lord on Saturday, December 8, 2012 in Connecticut Hospice, Branford, CT; Digna was born in Manati, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. She is the daughter of the late Angel Larregui and Carmen Larregui; She is the faithful companion of Heriberto Cruz for the past 36 years. In addition to her companion she is survived by her son Angel David Morales; Her daughters Madeline Velez and her husband Jeff Velez, and Nayda Morales; her stepson Heriberto Cruz, Jr.; brothers Jose, Tony, Angel and Carlos Larregui; her sister Carmen Larregui; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. She was predeceased by her son the late Luis Morales and her brother the late Jose Batista; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz ( Peaceful Light Funeral Home ), 426 E.
