Ann & Dolores,
Often, on Saturdays, your Mom and I would get together in the back garden and talk “over the fence”. We would catch up on events of the week, news about our neighborhood, and talk about life in general, just chit chat. It was easy to talk with Betty. I was happy when she was in good health and sad when her illness came back. Through all her recent trials, she remained true to herself – she was quiet and kind.
When I go out into the garden I can't help but look towards “Betty's House” and feeling sad that my friend is gone. And I miss her.
Affectionately,
Irene Nasimok

Sorry for your loss. I worked with Betty in the keypunch department at Sikorsky Aircraft and I have many fond memories of Betty. Always liked seeing her at the Sikorsky Reunions.

Dolores and Ann,
Not much I can say, other than Betty is now at peace with Eddie for eternity. I have nothing but fond fond memories of our childhood and our parents. May the void in your hearts be filled with those good memories and cherish them always.
Love,
Jamie Lewis Hunihan

My sincere condolences to Ann and Delores and your respective families. Your mom and my mom and dad, in particular my mom, were great friends, for many, many years. Your mom was always very sweet to me whenever I saw her. May she now rest in peace always with your dad.
