Frances (Addorisio) Verrillo
Frances (Addorisio) Verrillo, age 95, of Stratford, beloved wife of the late Henry Verrillo, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021. Mrs. Verrillo was born March 13, 1925 in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Michael and Vincenza (Paparella) Addorisio and had been a lifelong area resident. Mrs. Verrillo was retired from Dresser Industries and enjoyed gardening, playing bingo, crossword puzzles and taking walks. Survivors include her two daughters, Virginia Verrillo and Dolores Guarino; a son, Henry Verrillo; two grandchildren, Andrea Ash and Joseph Guarino; great-grandchildren, Quinn Ash and Vaughn Ash; two sisters, Rose Milewski and Micheline Hope and several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main Street, Stratford. Face masks and social distancing are required. Interment will be private, and a celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.
