Keller, Sr., George C.
George C. Keller, Sr., age 90 of Fairfield, beloved husband of the late Joyce Benko Keller died Thursday March 6 2014 in Bridgeport Hospital. Mr Keller retired owner of Ace Painters of Fairfield was a WWII Army Veteran serving in the Manila Islands. He was born in Bridgeport and was a Fairfield resident all of his life and was a member of the Bridgeport Elks Club. He is survived by a son, George C II and daughter-in-law Lisa Keller of Monroe. two brothers; Frank Keller of Fairfield and Ernie Keller of Monroe and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Joe Keller and two sisters Mary Vince and Margaret Garvey. Friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Tuesday at 10am in The LARSON FUNERAL HOME 2496 North Ave Bridgeport. Burial with military honors will follow in St. John Cemetery Stratford. Friends may call Monday from 4 to 7pm at the funeral home.
