Harry A. Foothorap II of Fairfield, CT passed away in his home early Wednesday morning, May 11, 2022 at the age of 83. Born on June 28, 1938, in Bridgeport, Harry was the son of the late A. Louise "Billie" and Ross W. Foothorap. He was predeceased by his loving wife Cynthia and is survived by his children Lori Fike English and husband James of Charlotte, NC, and Harry A. Foothorap III and wife Eva of Shelton, CT as well as his grandchildren Caitlin, Anna, Thomas, and Haley. After serving in the US Army, Harry was employed by JP Salmini Co. and the State of Connecticut. Friends and family will say he never met a stranger and loved making others laugh. He enjoyed time spent boating, riding his motorcycle, and being lakeside at Winnipesaukee. Funeral services will be held privately at Mountain Grove Cemetery. In Memory of Harry I think I got this right. Met Harry 1950´s 1960´s in Bridgeport his Father had a machine shop welding off North Ave that street road doesn´t exist. Harry liked cars Hot Rods had a gorgeous Ford Coupe maybe 1947 1948 well 60 years went by since then. Rest in Peace Harry Your Family and Friends
