Ida Geraldine Baumrind

BAUMRIND Ida Geraldine Baumrind , age 94 of Fairfield, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 15, 2012 at the Jewish Home for the Elderly. Ida was born in Newtown, CT., a daughter of the late David (Nezvesky) and Katie Epstein. She is survived by her sister, Blanche Scheanblum and her husband Herb of Longview, TX., nieces Linda and Karen Dinerstein of Fairfield, CT., nephews Seth Dinerstein and his wife, Sabrina, of Los Angeles, CA., Harold and Robert Liskov of Bridgeport, CT., and several great nieces and nephews. Ida was pre-deceased by her husband, Joseph Baumrind, a brother, Isadore Epstein, sisters Sally Liskov, Esther Epstein, Celia Meltzer, and Anna Dinerstein. Ida was a long-time employee of Devore's Donuts, The Pizza Pan and Alfredo's Restaurant in Fairfield. Services will be held Tuesday January 17, 2012 at 11:00 AM DIRECTLY at Adath Israel Cemetery, 1400 Black Rock Tpke. in Fairfield. The Abraham L.
