Dr Nejad ,was more than a doctor to me he was like a friend ,i have been there for more than i can remember ,he was very liked ,i was very supprised to here that he was gone ,he did not vlook sick to me ,he had so much in his heart to give to his patient,i wll miss him

I've known Dr. Nejad for decades and he was my father's doctor. I credit him with saving my life when I had pneumonia in 1988. Dr. Nejad truly cared about his patients and will be missed. Dear Nejad family, our condolences to you on his passing. May God care for you all through these difficult times. You will be reunited in Heaven someday.

I have known Dr. nejad for past few months, my primary Dr. (Dr. Sarfraz) refered me to him. On my first visit Dr. Nejad captured my heart becuase of his humility and kindness he made me feel like I knew him for years. May God forgive him and bless him with Paradise Ameen

My deepest sympathy to Mrs. Nejad, his son, family, colleagues and staff.
Dr. Nejad was a breath of fresh air, and after each of my bi-monthly visits I would feel a sense of renewed hope in human-kind. He was a stellar professional but he was far more than that. He was a man of deep compassion, integrity and a generosity of spirit that I have found uncommon in the 21st century. I only had the privilege of knowing Dr. Nejad for 8 years, but I will forever hold his memory as a model for my own conduct as well as a sustained hope in the goodness inherent in all of us. May he rest in peace.

I was sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Nejad. I have known him for 20 years he was my doctor, my father's doctor, and my husband's doctor. He will be greatly missed. He was a very compassionate doctor and a very good man and I will miss him greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and his family.

I am deeply sadden and shocked by the great loss of an excellent doctor, great humanitarian, and most of all a good friend, Dr. Irad Nejad. I have known Dr. Nejad for well over 20 years, as my mother has been patient of his that long. Dr. Nejad was a great humanitarian because he gave so much of himself, his big heart, his knowledge and expertise, he was very compassionate, caring, and GENUINELY concerned about his patients, and ALWAYS there when we needed him. I can never not say too much good things about him, because "too much" is not and won't ever be enough. He will be missed in more ways than one. Although, I am melancholy, I have comfort in my heart knowing my Dr. Nejad is in a better place. To his wife, son, and all other family members, you have my deepest sympathy and condolences. To our friend, Dr. Nejad, rest in peace, we love and miss you, from the Kirby family.

I have been a patient of Dr Nejad for over 20 years and he was a phenomenal doctor. Dr Nejad was compassionate, caring, and was ALWAYS there when I needed him. Dr Nejad absolutely loved what he did. We would often talk of his love for medicine and his medical training. Fascinating man. His untimely death is such a loss not only to his family but to our medical community. My deepest sympathies to his family and may Dr Nejad rest in peace. Until we meet again...

My heart is filled with sorrow for such a great lost to all of us whom he touched and for those that lost the opportunity to be a patient, a friend or simply a bystander and watch him close his eyes and speak words of wisdom but most of all of words of compassion. There are very few in medicine today that share Dr. Nejad bedside manners and understanding of life...May he rest in peace until he rises again with both our father, Jehovah and son, Jesus. My condolences to his famiy and colleagues ( especially Dr. Werner , Dr. Castillo and office staff who were his second family)

i was one of DR. Nejads patients for over 20 yrs .He was not only my doctor but my phychiatrst.When i was going thru tough time when my son in law was getting a liver transplant he kept me sane.Always had time to talk to me to get me through tough times .i will miss him terribly.MRS Russell Lasse

We have not only lost a wonderful Dr. but we have also lost a truly wonderful and compassionate human being! I have been Dr. Nejad's patient for over 20 years and never once did he make me feel uncomfortable, always taking the time to answer questions no matter how trivial. He always had time to listen, and took the time to know you as a person. He had a very special quality about himself that restored your faith in humanity, and reminded you that there are good people in this world! He was truly a giant in this small world, and will be greatly missed! Thank You Dr. Nejad!!!

Dr. Nejad was one of the nicest physicians I have ever come in contact with. He always made himself available for any issues/questions that I may have had. I would see Dr. Nejad in the hospital and he would always say keep going to school healthcare is a great field. Well I am saddened to say that when I graduate I will not be able to bring my diploma for him to see. You will be sadly missed and never replaced...

Dr. Nejad was one of my favorite doctors to work with at St. Vincent's. Always a gentleman, he would say hi or strike up a conversation with me every morning when he came to the floor to do rounds. He will surely be missed in hearts of everyone at St. Vincent's.

Dr. Nejad was among the most professional and dedicated physicians i have met. He was kind and a great teacher. I ran into him every morning at St Vincents. I loved talking to him and would often seek his guidance. He didnt have a mean bone in his body. He was a great role model and lovely person. He took wonderful care of my patients. He will be Missed. Dr. Nejad was many things to many people. He was my superb doctor, my compassionate friend, my confidante who really cared. The greeting I received each time I came to the office was "Hello my friend." We always talked politics(he did most of the talking). I have known Dr. Nejad for over Twenty years. He took care of both my mother and I. I will always remember the compassion he showed when my mother passed away. He was the only doctor to call and personally offer his condolences. He was a remarkable human being with a true sense of healing. You knew he really loved his profession and fellow man. He was not only a doctor but a trusted friend you could relate to. I will miss you terribly, but I know you are at peace and offering your knowledge elsewhere.

I will miss Dr Nejad's presence at the many dinners we attended together, his gentlemanly demeanor of asking questions of the speaker and his strong opinions on medicine. I am very sorry for his loss and best regards to his extended family and friends.

I'll never forget Dr. Nejad. He was my doctor for 10 years and this year I asked him "When you'll be retired?" and he answered "just when you don't want me any more" and smile. We talk about his contry and make a lot of question about my contry. He was my friend, my doctor and I will miss him so much.

We were all so terribly shocked at the sudden passing away of our doctor. Dr. Nejad has been our trusted family doctor for over two decades. He was a wonderful person and an excellent doctor. He will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace! The Papachristos and Lemonas families.

Dr Nejad was my physician for sixteen years he was a friend and his sense of humor always left me with a feeling of well being. We always had a wondeful conversations and laughs, a great human being and he will truly be missed by me. This is a great lost to all of us.

We have ALL lost a great man in all of the lives he touched. He was a caring , giving and compassionate professional, and would always seek out the answers you (or he) needed, so as to inform you and reassure in his gentle way.I've known Iradj for almost 40 years, and he never, ever refused a request for help. The community has lost a great one...my heart and prayers are out to all of his family, his wonderful staff... and to all who shed tears today for the knowing he is gone on to where he can be sent on another mission of glory. He will be missed..........

Reading this, tears came to my eyes. He was one of the NICEST physician I had ever met(and there really are only a few)...He always entered the room with a smile and always treated me like I was a friend and not a patient. He was never hurried in and hurried out, he always sat, took his time and asked how things were going not just with my health but with my life. He told me how he got into medicine and about some of his younger days. He will definitely be remembered. May he rest in peace-god bless.
