Cheryl, Lindsey & young Jack, we are sharing in your loss. Jack was a great husband, dad and friend that Sue and I loved very much. I'm so proud to call Jack one of our life long friends. Always thought of Jackie as another brother of mine. We have great memories as kids together playing baseball. Our summer job at Fairchild golf was full of laughs. Lindsey and Jack it may be hard now but always remember your dad will never leave you. Although we will miss him dearly the smiles and laughs we had together will always be with us. May God bless your family to help you through this difficult time. Love Rich & Sue always.

My sincerest condolences go out to the Messina family. Yes, the wound is deep, very deep. Now, even though my friend of 44 years is gone from my eyes, he will remain ever present in the vast treasure of memories stored in my heart and mind. Furthermore, when the sting of your absence hurts most, I will take solice in knowing that, at any given moment of inspiration, whim, or desire, I can talk to you, Jack, either verbally or mentally, knowing full well you'll hear every word!
With that being said, I'll say this;
I'll miss your wit,
I'll miss your laugh,
But mostly I'll miss,
You elude defenders grasps,

MEET YA IN THE END ZONE, BROTHER!!!
