Jacqueline L. Lane
Jacqueline L. Lane, age 92, passed away on Sunday, February 6th, 2022. She was a devoted Mom and enjoyed a successful career as a Real Estate Broker (GRI, CRS) after her sons were grown. Jackie was a proud member of the Eunice Burr Chapter in Fairfield, CT of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She spent years researching her family's background (prior to online resources) to qualify as a member of the DAR. Jackie was also a former Deaconess of Greenfield Hill Congregational Church in Fairfield, CT and served on various committees for the annual Dogwood Festival. She is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Ernest Lane, her son Ron Lane, and her sister Patty. Jackie is survived by her three sons; Rick Lane and his wife Kara, Greg Lane and his wife Toby, and Gary Lane; five grandchildren, Todd and his wife Melanie, Troy, Macgregor, Caleb and Arleigh Lane; three great-grandchildren Logan, Cooper and Violet; and her brother Gerald Rawlings and his wife Dee. Memorial donations are requested in her name to: American Red Cross or Habitat for Humanity.

Jackie was active in the Eunice Dennie Burr Chapter DAR
while I was the Regent. Actually she lived a few blocks from me in Fairfield. She was devoted to DAR and worked hard to get her children/ grandchildren into
DAR and SAR. With sympathy and remembrance
