Barbara and family:
In this difficult time you can be assured that you shared you lives, loves, faith and hopes with an unusually good and honorable man. Jim had an uplifting influence on more men, women and children than we will ever know. But, God knows! As the Book of Samuel teaches us, " Not as man sees does God see, because man sees the appearance, but the Lord looks into the heart." Jim's kind and generous heart and his bright spirit will comort you now and guide you in the future. On behalf of Jim's many friends at General Electric and the among the GE Senior Elfuns we wish you Peace, Love and Good Health. We stand ready to assist you. Jim is with you always!

I remember a wonderful seder at your house with Mr. Abraham leading it. What a loss to the whole community. My sympathy is with the Abraham family.

I have seldom seen, in my life, the type of quiet, casual courage that Jim demonstrated during his illness. I will never forget it, or him.

Jim hired me and my husband into the GE Bridgeport Plant and was a huge positive influence on both of us. It was a privilege to work with him through the years, and have his expertise and advice to rely on. His humanity, dignity, compassion and professionalism will be missed. He was a rare and wonderful person and we were honored to know him.

Such a wonderful man who graced this earth with his presence, taught us much, supported and guided us, and left us with his light, even in his absence. Jim will be missed terribly, but I am also left with a tremendous sense of gratitude to have known and worked with and for him. He was a model of integrity, compassion for others, and passion for all that he believed in.
My deepest condolences to his family.

It was a pleasure getting to know Jim, and working with him on the Trumbull Economic Development Commission. A man of integrity, honesty and compassion. He will be greatly missed.

Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your loved one! Many years ago, it was Mr. James Abraham that hired me into the General Electric Corporation as a Secretary in Wire & Cable! I will forever be thankful to him for his kindness! May he rest in peace eternally; and may his family have peace, now, and in the days ahead!!!

In loving memory of a wonderful person who taught me much about how to live life with kindness, diligence, and service to others, and how to celebrate joy (the Shehecheyanu!!). I will love you and miss you always. Sylvia

What can one say about the death of a man who exemplified perfection - perfect father, husband, grandfather, friend, and employee. As we know, sometimes life isn't fair. We will all miss Jim.
